ADULT POPACTION SERIES
FLIP AND TUCK
Flip and Tuck helps tumblers of all levels to develop the
strength, flexibility and body awareness necessary to invert
and execute acrobatic tricks on the floor and trampoline.
Each class includes a warm-up and a post-tumble conditioning
circuit.

POPACTION
Introduction to the basics of the technique created by
Elizabeth Streb. Learn how to fly and fall while having
fun. Ready? GO!

Aerial Yoga classes start with traditional Yoga Asanas
on the floor, then move into Yoga Asanas supported by the
upward lift(ing) of a soft trapeze. This class will deepen
your understanding of proper alignment for Yoga Asanas as
well as:
- strengthen shoulders while increasing shoulder flexibility
- strengthen core ab muscles without strain in the back
- increase spinal flexibility without strain or pain
- increase the amount of fun in your life!
All those benefits can be gained within the context of
an authentic Yoga
class, never losing sight of our true goal – inner
peace.
